Puoi richiedere il reso di qualsiasi articolo entro 14 giorni dalla data di consegna.
Prima di rendere, assicurati che gli articoli siano nelle stesse condizioni in cui li hai ricevuti.
Ci riserviamo il diritto di rifiutare articoli resi in ritardo o in condizioni diverse da quelle in cui li avete ricevuti.
Imballa l’articolo e rispediscilo al nostro indirizzo.
Il rimborso sarà effettuato una volta ricevuto l’articolo, con tempi tecnici di circa una settimana.

You can request the return of any item within 14 days from the delivery date.
Before returning, please make sure the items are in the same condition as you received them.
We reserve the right to refuse items returned late or in conditions other than those in which you received them.
Pack the item and send it back to our address.
The refund will be made once the item is received, with technical times of about a week.

Shipping and Delivery
Gli articoli vengono generalmente spediti entro 2/5 giorni dal ricevimento del pagamento e vengono processati dal nostro corriere che li consegna solitamente entro 5 giorni lavorativi. Il tempo necessario per la consegna dei tuoi ordini dipende da molti fattori, come l'indirizzo di consegna, il tempo, il traffico e circostanze impreviste.
Il tracking sarà disponibile su richiesta il giorno successivo alla partenza del pacco.
Eventuali tasse o dazi doganali aggiuntivi applicati per le spedizioni internazionali sono a carico del cliente. Attualmente spediamo da Roma, Italia.

Items are generally shipped within 2/5 days from receiving the payment and they are processed by our courier which usually delivers them within 5 working days. The time your orders takes to be delivered depends upon many factors, like the delivery address, weather, traffic and unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking will be available upon request the day following the departure of the parcel.
Any additional taxes or customs duties applied for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. We currently ship from Rome, Italy.
